Phil Westbrook

Phil Westbrook, CEM, REP, possesses extensive experience in engineering and energy management, currently serving as Chief Engineer and Energy Manager at California State University, San Bernardino since October 2006. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Supervising Engineer at California State University, San Bernardino from April 1993 to October 2006. Additional experience includes serving as Plant Engineer at Corona Community Hospital from October 1983 to October 1992 and as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the US Navy from May 1975 to May 1983.
