Gabriella Landeros is a communications professional with extensive experience in media strategy and public relations. Currently serving as a Communications Consultant for the California Teachers Association since August 2019, Gabriella supports statewide media efforts for a membership base of 310,000 educators. Previous roles include Communications Director for the City of Los Angeles, where Gabriella managed media relations and communications strategy for a City Councilmember, and Vice-Chairperson of the Planning Commission for the City of South El Monte, contributing to community development initiatives. Gabriella has also served as Press Secretary for the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, Press Assistant at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and held various communications roles in local political campaigns and organizations. Academically, Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of California, Riverside, complemented by additional training in New Media and a year of study in Spain.
