Joe Bartell

Joe Bartell is the current Director at the California Teachers Association. Joe has been in this position since June of 2018. Prior to that, they were the Director of Instrumental Music at Brea Olinda Unified School District from September 2004 to June 2018. Before that, they were a Music Teacher at Baldwin Park Unified School District from September 2002 to June 2004.

Joe Bartell received a Bachelor's of Music in Music Teacher Education from the University of Redlands. Afterward, they pursued a Master's of Music in Conducting from Southern Oregon University.
