Carlos Deanda

Carlos DeAnda is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Superintendent at California West since June 2022, Carlos has previously held significant positions as a Construction Manager at KB Home and a Construction Site Manager at Brookfield Residential. Carlos' earlier experience includes multiple Superintendent roles at William Lyon Homes and California Pacific Homes, as well as an Assistant Superintendent and Warranty Service Representative position at William Lyon Homes. Carlos completed education at Kaplan Schools from 2000 to 2002 and graduated from Chino High School in 1988.
