Nolan Gray

Nolan Gray has a diverse background in urban planning and research, with experience in various organizations such as California YIMBY, UCLA Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies, and the NYC Department of City Planning. With a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and currently pursuing a PhD in Urban Planning at UCLA, Nolan has a strong foundation in analyzing urban land-use regulation, housing affordability, and urban design. Additionally, Nolan has experience in digital marketing, social media management, and event coordination from their time at organizations such as WRFL 88.1 FM Radio Free Lexington and the University of Kentucky College of Arts & Sciences.
