Tramisha Poindexter

Tramisha Poindexter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in youth empowerment and training. Currently serving as the Training Manager and Training Coordinator at California Youth Connection since October 2022, Tramisha develops curriculum and delivers public speaking and facilitation training for former and current foster youth statewide. As the Owner and Officiant at Thee After Agency since March 2023, Tramisha provides consulting services, including facilitation and curriculum development. Tramisha co-founded The Moovment in May 2016, focusing on resilience and self-empowerment for youth and young adults.
