Cihan Oguz

Cihan Oguz is an experienced Project and Proposal Coordinator at Çalık Enerji, having held key roles such as Head of Proposal Department and Proposal Manager since September 2012. Specializing in the preparation of proposals for turn-key international EPC projects in sectors including power, oil and gas, and process plants, Cihan has contributed to projects with a total budget exceeding $19 billion. Notable achievements include overseeing the proposal preparation process that led to $4 billion in awarded contracts, identifying technical and commercial requirements, and coordinating project teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Planning Engineer at LOTUS ENERJİ, focused on major construction projects, and roles in production planning and internships in various engineering sectors. Cihan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University.
