Jennifer Halford

Jennifer Halford is the CEO and Founder of Caliola Engineering, LLC, which designs secure and reliable communication products, including OverKey, a military-grade encryption product. Prior to this role, Halford worked at The Aerospace Corporation as Director of Application Development, Engineering Specialist, and Senior Member of Technical Staff. Jennifer also worked at DreamWorks Animation as a Software Engineer and Swerling, Manasse and Smith as a Software Developer for Radar Applications.

Jennifer Halford has a long history of education, starting with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics, both earned at UCLA in 1999. Jennifer continued their education at UCLA and received a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 1999 to 2001. Later, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree at both UCLA Anderson School of Management and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2011 to 2013.

Additionally, they have several certifications, including an Advanced Computer Security Certificate from the Stanford Center for Professional Development in May 2018, a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in September 2017, a PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) and PMP certifications that they obtained in 2013, and a CISSP certification in 2009.
