Jeffrey Baker

Jeffrey Baker is the Director of Operations & Planning at caliray since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was the Director of Demand Planning / S&OP at ILIA Beauty for two years. Before ILIA Beauty, Jeffrey held various positions at L'Oréal, including Director of Sales Planning and Senior Manager of National Accounts at Sephora US. Jeffrey also worked at Vans as a Digital B2B Sales Coordinator, and at Kaiser Permanente as a Business Analyst. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara.
