Dave Young

Dave Young is an experienced design and strategy advisor with a focus on early childhood education and service design. Currently working as an Advisor at Cali's Books since April 2022, Dave collaborates with executive teams to launch innovative products and business strategies. Previous roles include advising startups, Head of Design at Homebound, and Sr. Director of Design at HOVER Inc., where Dave integrated data and design to enhance property understanding. Experience also encompasses leadership positions at Uber, MyFitnessPal, and Zoodles, contributing to service design, product development, and user experience in various sectors. Dave holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
