Kim Collins

Kim Collins (Calisesi) has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Talent and Culture Operations at Calix since March 2020, where responsibilities include managing HR projects and enhancing operational processes. Prior to this, Collins contributed to 23andMe as an Associate HR Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator, implementing HRIS systems and facilitating recruitment efforts. Initial experience included a role as a Staffing Consultant at Randstad, focusing on client relations and talent development. Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from San José State University, earned in 2013.
