Michael Cheng

Michael Cheng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in unified communications and collaboration technologies. Currently serving as the Collaboration Head at Calix since 2023, Michael previously held various leadership roles at ServiceNow, including Director of Collaboration Solutions, where a focus on innovation and employee empowerment drove significant advancements in service collaboration. Other notable positions include Manager of Unified Communications and Collaboration at Western Digital and SanDisk, as well as engineering roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Symantec, and Advanced Micro Devices. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from San José State University.
