Richard Bell is an experienced telecommunications professional with over 20 years in the industry. Currently serving as a Principal Sales Engineer at Calix since September 2011, Richard has also held roles as a Consulting Solutions Engineer and Sr. Sales Engineer, focusing on pre and post-sales support for customers in the Southwest region. Richard’s expertise includes planning and implementing access networks, high-level support for a wide range of Calix products, and addressing critical customer issues. Prior to Calix, Richard worked at STRATA Networks, overseeing operations as a Network Supervisor and ensuring the maintenance of central office equipment as a Central Office Technician. Richard began his career at ATT Broadband as an Installer/Line Technician after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology from Brigham Young University.
