Shannon Robinson is an experienced professional in customer success and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Success Engagement Manager and previously as a Customer Success Manager at Calix since March 2021. At Calix, responsibilities include providing consultative guidance, creating strategic success plans, and driving customer adoption of Support Cloud. Prior to this role, Shannon held various positions, including Manager of Technical Support at Aventiv Technologies, where oversight included leading a team of supervisors and associates, and Project Manager - UAT Lead at Frontier Communications, leading a team in understanding business processes. Additional experience includes positions at Verizon in business operations and network management, as well as serving in the US Navy as a Radioman.
