Teresa McGaughey

Teresa McGaughey is a seasoned professional in the technology and marketing sectors with extensive experience in product management and strategic marketing. Currently serving as VP of Field, Partner, and Subscriber Marketing at Calix since December 2006, Teresa has progressed through various leadership roles, including AVP Field and Segment Marketing and Director Market Development, where responsibilities encompassed global channel management and the strategic direction of the Calix B-Series and E-Series product lines. Prior experience includes director-level positions at Zhone Technologies and Paradyne, alongside engineering management roles at Raytheon, Delco Electronics, and Lockheed Martin. Teresa holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and completed Management Essentials at Harvard Business School Online in 2021.
