Karen Higuett

Karen Higuett is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand positioning and trade marketing. Currently serving as Coordinadora (Jefe) de Marketing at Caliza Cemento Inca S.A. since March 2015, Karen has successfully enhanced brand recognition, achieving the title of “Lideres en Branding" in the cement category for Mercado Negro in 2022, and launched the first loyalty program “INKA PUNTOS.” Previously, Karen held the position of Coordinadora de Marketing y Ventas, focusing on trade marketing strategies and promotional activities. Prior experience includes the role of Supervisora Administrativa Comercial at La Viga S.A., where responsibilities included supervising administrative staff and managing customer inquiries. Karen holds a specialization in International Trade from CENTRUM PUCP and has pursued further education at reputable institutions including Harvard and UPC.
