Jayah Kai-Samba

Jayah Kai-samba, PMP®, CSM® is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Operations at Call Box since June 2012, Jayah drives operational efficiency and aligns business goals with execution. Previous roles include Director of Project Management and SaaS Project Manager, leading diverse teams in developing internal and external products across various sectors. Jayah also has a background as a Digital Marketing Consultant, where comprehensive reporting and strategy implementation were key responsibilities. A former student athlete at Georgetown University, Jayah holds a BSBA in Business Administration and Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
