Laura Vasquez

Laura Vasquez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 at AloricaDR where they worked as a QA Auditor. In this role, they evaluated agents, provided coaching, and created reports for clients in the US. Laura then joined Call Center Pros in 2014 as a Human Resources Recruiter and later became an HR Assistant. In 2016, Laura worked at Ocean Waves Salon & Beauty as a Managing Accountant. Most recently, they worked at Beijing Wangfujing Department Store (Group) Co., Ltd. as a Customer Service Specialist from October 2021 to May 2022.

Laura Vasquez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo. Laura attended the university from 2009 to 2012.
