Mesut Öner has had a long and varied career in the customer service industry. Mesut began their career in 2007 as a Call Center Specialist at Teknosa. In 2012, they moved to Anadolu Çağrı Merkezi as a Reporting Analyst, and then to Webhelp as a Santral Uygulama Uzmanı. In 2014, they became the Helpdesk Supervisor at AloTech Communication. In 2020, they took a role as a Business Application Specialist at IC Ictas - Astaldi JV. In 2021, they moved to EPT Ticaret ve Sanal Mağazacılık A.Ş. as a Call Center reporting manager. Mesut is currently a Project Director at both AloTech and Call Center Studio.

Mesut Öner attended Suleyman Demirel University from 2011 to 2014, where they studied Computer Programming/Programmer and General.
