Murat Saglam, MSc

Murat Saglam, MSc has a wealth of experience in the software engineering and project management fields. Beginning in 2004, they served as a Project Manager for Hypnos. In 2006, they became the Project Manager and Co-partner for Tufan Computer. In 2007, they moved to Yörsan as a Senior IT Specialist. In 2015, they joined Vestel as a Senior Consulting Project Manager, and also began working at AloTech as a Director of Artificial Intelligence Lab, Software Engineering Manager, Artificial Intelligence Lab, Software Engineering Manager, and Onsite Developer & Project Manager. In 2018, they became the Director of Artificial Intelligence Lab and Software Development Manager, Artificial Intelligence Lab for Call Center Studio. Finally, in 2021, they moved to MNG Kargo as a Senior Consulting Project Manager. During their time at AloTech, they were responsible for full-stack development, Google Cloud Platform PAAS ability, active coding at Python based projects, SAAS operations management at Call Center (300+ Seats), Aspect Work Force Management all integration process coding, Self Service Setup IVR with speech recognition, text to speech and CRM integration, periodic notification service design and coding, responsive dashboard & query screen design and coding with Angular Material, iyzico payment gateway fullstack integration, Ipphone provisioning with encryption, and Plivo integration (plivo.com) for international telecommunication operations (work in progress).
