Ryan Stomel has a diverse work experience. Ryan is currently the CEO of Call Criteria, a company that provides contact center quality and performance management services. In this role, they evaluate and analyzes agent-customer interactions to improve sales, retention, and service.
Before their current position, Ryan founded eStomes Inc. in 2010 and served as the CEO. Ryan was recognized for their extensive knowledge of IT traffic technologies and their organizational and statistical skills. During their time at eStomes Inc., Ryan focused on utilizing the latest equipment and advancements to benefit various companies.
Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Ryan worked as a Biomedical Engineer at Edwards Lifesciences in 2009.
Ryan Stomel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine between 2005 and 2009. Ryan then pursued an MBA in Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California, completing the program from 2011 to 2013.
