Matt Pozda is the Chief Executive Officer of Call Dad AC & Heating, a top HVAC repair company based in Charlotte, NC. With a background in investment banking and finance, Matt is also the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of MM Capital Holdings, focused on acquiring and growing businesses for long-term sustainable growth. Matt holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia.
