David Schlacter has a diverse work experience in the sales and software engineering fields. David began their career at Aspect Software in 2000 as a Customer Technical Analyst before being promoted to Senior Engineer-Software QA in 2004. David then transitioned to a sales role as Sales Representative in 2007 and later became an Account Executive in 2014. In 2018, they joined Call Design North America as a Sales Director and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales for North America and LATAM.

David Schlacter attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management.
