Kelvin Fountain has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Consumer Loan Processor at Call Federal Credit Union since August 2019, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with underwriting stipulations and regulatory requirements, as well as training lending staff. Prior to this role, Kelvin held various positions at Wells Fargo from 2011 to 2019, including Teller, Phone Banker, Operations Specialist 1, and Operations Accountant, focusing on account transactions, database management, and financial reconciliation. Kelvin also worked as a Fraud Account Supervisor at Capital One, handling fraud investigations and customer interactions. Education includes a high school diploma from James River High School and a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Chesterfield County Technical Center.
