Robert Cummings

Robert Cummings is a seasoned consulting geological engineer with over 45 years of experience specializing in metal and nonmetal mining, quarrying, geotechnical engineering, and various excavation methods. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Project Manager at Call & Nicholas since October 2021, Robert has previously held the position of President and Principal Geological Engineer at Saguaro GeoServices, Inc. since October 1996. Prior experience includes Principal Geological Engineer at Engineers International, Inc., where significant work involved mining technology research, blasting consulting, and subsidence studies. Robert's academic background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Arizona, further enriched by practical roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Field Geological Technician in various organizations.
