Scott Cylwik, P.E. has extensive work experience in the geotechnical engineering field, particularly within the mining industry. Scott started their career as a Geological Engineer at Call & Nicholas in 2008, where they provided geotechnical consulting for surface and underground mining projects. Scott'sresponsibilities included slope stability analysis, field mapping, core logging, sample collection, rockfall analysis, and writing technical reports. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Geological Engineer, taking on additional roles such as project management, high-level technical work, client relations, and mentoring/training junior staff. In 2023, Scott was elevated to the position of Vice President/Geological Engineer, becoming responsible for project and company management, overseeing feasibility-level studies, and seeing through projects from start to closure.
