Shachar Hollas

Shachar Hollas is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Data at CallApp since May 2025, Shachar previously held the position of Anti Fraud and Compliance Analytics Manager at Outbrain from November 2022 to May 2025, where leadership and mentorship of cross-functional teams focused on data-driven solutions were key responsibilities. At Oracle, from March 2021 to November 2022, Shachar led business intelligence activities within the RealTime Platforms Team, collaborating with various departments to implement data-driven strategies. Prior to that, Shachar spent a decade at RADCOM, progressing from a Business Intelligence Developer and Analyst to the role of Business Intelligence Team Leader, providing valuable insights and overseeing multiple BI projects. Shachar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, earned in 2010.
