Joe Desantis

Joe DeSantis is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Callaway Golf since April 2020, Joe has also held senior managerial roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since September 2003, and at LENOX prior to that. Joe's career began at Titeflex Corporation, where positions included Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Joe holds an MBA in Business from Western New England University and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Fitchburg State University.
