Joel Rump

Joel Rump is an experienced sales and training professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Sr Director of Sales Training and Staff Relations at Callaway Golf since November 2009, Joel has progressed through various leadership roles focused on sales training. Prior to Callaway Golf, Joel held the position of Director at Systems Computer Training, managing large commercial accounts and developing training programs. Joel began their career at Copernicus Computer Training as a Sales Manager, successfully building a substantial account base, and has held various sales positions in the medical and technology sectors, demonstrating a strong ability to establish partnerships and drive sales effectiveness. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business Minor from the University of Notre Dame.
