Mary Tran-Kohrumel has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and benefits administration. Mary started their career as an HR Representative at Copper Mountain Networks in 1999 and later worked as a Senior HR Assistant at L-3 Communications from 2001 to 2003. Mary then joined Northrop Grumman-Space Technology as a Senior HR Assistant, where they managed the leave desk and played a key role in establishing an HR Solution Center. In 2006, they worked as an HR Manager at Goal Financial before joining Callaway Golf in 2007 as a Senior Global Benefits Analyst, where they administered a comprehensive benefits program and handled leave of absences. In 2011, they transitioned to Willis as a Benefits Consulting Specialist and worked on administering benefits and managing projects. Mary returned to Callaway Golf in 2017 as a Senior Global Benefits Analyst and later became a Principal Global Benefits Analyst. In these roles, they provided a wide range of benefit services, managed the 401(k) retirement plan, and handled reporting requirements of the Affordable Care Act.
Mary Tran-Kohrumel has a Master of Arts degree in Guidance and Counseling from Loyola Marymount University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego.
