Oliver G. Brewer

Mr. Brewer, 55, has served as a Director and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since March 2012. Since 2012, Mr. Brewer has served as a Director of TopGolf International, Inc. in which Callaway Golf Company has a minority ownership interest. Mr. Brewer served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Adams Golf, Inc. since January 2002. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Adams Golf from August 2000 to January 2002 and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Adams Golf from September 1998 to August 2000. Mr. Brewer currently serves on the Board of the National Golf Foundation. Mr. Brewer also served on the Board of Directors of Adams Golf since 2000 until his resignation effective as of February 29, 2012. Mr. Brewer is a 1986 graduate of the College of William and Mary and received his MBA from Harvard University in 1991.
