Tom Carlson

Tom Carlson is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in product development and manufacturing within the golf industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Callaway Golf since February 2023, Tom also holds a position as a Real Reader at the University of Rochester. Previous roles include Senior Manufacturing Engineer at R-Zero, and Senior Manager - Manufacturing Engineer at Fellow Products, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the entire product portfolio in mass production. Tom's background features roles at COBRA PUMA GOLF and Srixon/Cleveland Golf/XXIO, where Tom led interdisciplinary teams in the development of golf clubs and enhanced manufacturing techniques.
