Karl Putz has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Karl began their career in 2001 as Chief Architect at Forte Communications, where they researched, designed and managed the development and implementation of VOIP-based Next Generation telecommunications systems and software for an established CLEC. In 2003, they moved to Virtuserve, LLC, where they designed and deployed Hosted PBX and Call Center services, custom IVR services, and Calling Card systems based on the Asterisk platform. In 2005, they joined Qwest Communications as Lead Engineer, responsible for capital program management of all National Next Generation Telephony platforms/facilitators including IMS, VoIP, and UC. In 2010, they moved to BroadSoft as Senior Manager National Strategic Account Sales Engineering, managing and mentoring a team of 5 Sales Engineers. In 2018, they joined Cisco as Manager, Systems Engineering - North American Cloud Calling. In 2019, they moved to Dubber as Senior Solutions Consultant, driving the value and adoption of the Dubber Cloud Call Recording platform. Currently, they are Senior Solutions Architect at CallCabinet, driving the adoption of CallCabinet's industry leading Atmos Cloud-native Compliance Call Recording and AI-driven Voice of Business data analytics to organizations of any size or scale.

Karl Putz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science - Engineering from The Ohio State University.
