Eric Owen

Eric Owen has extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the sales and contact center industry. Currently serving as a Board Member at CallCentered since December 2019, Eric previously held significant positions including General Manager and Executive Vice President at Nexa and Chief Executive Officer at eSalesDash, where operations focused on sales optimization for call centers. Other notable roles include Senior Vice President at Alorica, Executive Vice President at IBEX | Global, and Vice President at Concentrix. Eric founded Business Wireless Solutions, overseeing its strategy and operations while earlier consulting for Insight on emerging IT technologies. A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Eric also holds a Digital Marketing Certification from Cornell University.
