Adrian Eves FRAeS is an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in flight operations and unmanned systems research and development. Adrian started their career in 1994 as a Qualified Flying Instructor at Cubair Flight Training Ltd. In 1997, they became a Captain on DHC6 and BN2 Aircraft at Skybus. Adrian then joined QinetiQ in 2006 as a UAS Technical Manager and Commander, where they were responsible for UAS service capabilities and technical assurance tasks. During their time at QinetiQ, they also achieved the world record for the longest unrefueled flight of any aircraft. In 2009, Adrian joined Callen-Lenz as the Head of Flight Operations and later took on the role of Technical Director. At Callen-Lenz, they oversaw all flight operations and led the unmanned systems R&D. Since 2016, Adrian has been working as an Advisor at The International Civil Aviation Organization.
