Matthew W.

Matthew W. has over 20 years of work experience in the aerospace industry. Matthew is currently the Chief Designer at Callen-Lenz since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine as the Engineering Delivery Manager and Chief Systems Engineer from May 2019 to November 2020, and as the Hardware & System Engineering Team Leader from January 2019 to May 2019. From 2010 to 2018, Matthew worked at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. as an Avionic Systems Engineer. Before that, they worked at AgustaWestland as an Avionic Systems Engineer from 2009 to 2010, and at BAE Systems as an Integration & Test Engineer from 2007 to 2010. Matthew also has experience in various roles at AgustaWestland from 1999 to 2007, including Principal Mission Systems Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer. Matthew began their career at Westland as a Systems Engineering Undergraduate Trainee from 1996 to 1998.

Matthew W. attended The University of Birmingham from 1995 to 1999 and obtained an MEng (Hons) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Matthew also has a membership with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), specifically the MIET degree, although the dates of their membership and field of study are not specified.
