Marijn van der Sluijs

Marijn van der Sluijs has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Director of Strategic Markets & Business Development at Calliditas Therapeutics since November 2022. Prior to this role, they held various roles at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) from 2015-2022, including Senior Director of Market Analytics & Insights, Director of Market Analytics & Insights, and Market Analyst. Before joining Sobi, Marijn worked at Opticom International Research from 2001-2014, where they served as a Project Manager and Statistician. They also gained experience as a Local Coordinator at Ocẽ Norge A.S. from 2000-2001.

Marijn van der Sluijs began their education in 1990 at JBC, where they completed their primary education. From 1996 to 2001, they attended Maastricht University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in International Business with a focus on marketing and market research. In 2000, Marijn also took part in a French language study program at Université Rennes 2. They also participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Université de Rennes I during the same year.
