Olivia Gallegos

Olivia Gallegos is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs CMC at Calliditas Therapeutics since October 2025. Prior to this role, Gallegos worked as a Regulatory Affairs Manager at Valneva from May 2017 to October 2025 and as a Regulatory CMC Associate at AstraZeneca from October 2014 to May 2017, providing CMC regulatory and compliance advice on post-approval submissions and collaborating with various stakeholders. Gallegos holds a Master's degree in Molecular Life Sciences from Stockholm University (2011 - 2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2004 - 2008).
