Matthew Van Gilst

Matthew VanGilst has over two decades of engineering and leadership experience, currently serving as the CEO of Callidus Engineering since January 2005, where responsibilities include strategic vision, business development, and leadership of the management team. Prior roles at Callidus Engineering include Principal and Design Engineer, focusing on project management and the design of mechanical and electrical systems for various buildings. Prior experience includes Project Engineer at J.E.D. Engineering and Engineering Assistant at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Matthew VanGilst holds a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
