Cynthia Hoza

Cynthia Hoza has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Cynthia is currently working as a Senior Consultant - Marketing & Email Automation at Calligo, where they lead a team in developing and executing internal email communication for the Microsoft Image team. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Email Marketing at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. from September 2019 to September 2022. Cynthia also held the role of Email and Digital Marketing Manager at Movable Ink for a short period in 2019.

Before transitioning into the field of marketing, Cynthia worked as a CRM Marketing Specialist at Laureate Online Education from March 2017 to May 2019. Cynthia also served as an Enrollment Advisor at the same company from May 2016 to March 2017.

Their earlier experiences include working as an Enrollment Advisor at Connections Academy from June 2015 to April 2016, as a Social Media Marketing Manager at International Gymnastics Camp from June 2011 to May 2015, as a Field Reporter at 90.3 WESS from January 2011 to May 2011, and as a News Assistant and Journalist at Pocono Record from April 2008 to August 2010, with a stint as a Journalist for Sharp Magazine from June 2008 to January 2009.

Cynthia Hoza obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a focus on Professional Writing, from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. Cynthia attended the university from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Cynthia Hoza has also earned a certification as a Marketo Certified Expert from Marketo in March 2018.
