Victoria Marsh - Chartered MCIPD

Victoria Marsh is a Chartered MCIPD with extensive experience in human resources, training and development. Victoria is currently working as a Global Human Resources Director for Calligo. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager (EMEA) for the same company. Before joining Calligo, Victoria worked as an HR Manager for Showsec from 2017 to 2020. Victoria also worked for Babcock International Group in various roles from 2007 to 2017, including HR Advisor, Learning & Development Advisor, Training Administrator, and Training Administration Assistant. Victoria's responsibilities included recruitment, training administration, employee development, and HR management.

Victoria Marsh - Chartered MCIPD earned a Level 6 Certificate in Supporting Work Based Learning (SWBL) from the University of Derby in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a PgDip in Management of Human Resources from De Montfort University between 2010 and 2012.
