Paul Conder

Paul Conder has extensive work experience in the design and customer experience fields. Paul is currently working at Arcadis as the Principal and Experience Design Services Lead. Prior to this, they held various roles at CallisonRTKL, including Principal, Global CX Innovation Services Lead, VP & Global Services Lead, Customer Experience, and Principal Consultant. Paul also worked as a Principal Consultant at Lenati and was a Partner at Waddell and Conder / Paul Conder Design Inc. Additionally, they served as the VP of Design Strategy at 3 Dimensional Services and was an Instructor at Simon Fraser University. Paul has also worked as a sessional lecturer at Emily Carr Institute and as the Founding Partner and Chief Designer at Microsphere Systems, where they received awards for their design work.

Paul Conder attended Carleton University from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a BID hons. in Industrial Design.
