Prior to this role, Karsten held a similar position at Colgate Palmolive from July 2009 to June 2015. Karsten's extensive career began at Symrise, where a tenure from August 1984 to July 2009 solidified skills and knowledge in flavor development. Karsten's professional journey has spanned between Germany and the United States, showcasing a versatile and international career path.
