Rajendra P. Ghogale

Rajendra P. Ghogale has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rajendra P. most recently served as the Global Head of Strategic Business Development at Callisons, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Callisons from July 2016 to August 2023. Rajendra P. also worked as the Managing Director India and South Asia at Takasago from July 2011 to June 2016. Rajendra served as a member of the Board of Directors at Spices Board India from December 2009 to December 2013. Rajendra P. held various positions at ADM (A.M. Todd Flavors | Ingredients), including Managing Director (Asia Pacific) from December 2006 to May 2011 and Managing Director (India) from September 2000 to May 2011. Rajendra P. also worked as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Cheesemakers India Ltd. from December 1993 to September 2000. Prior to that, they were a Divisional Manager at GHFL [Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited • Worldwide] from August 1991 to December 1993. Rajendra started their career as an Assistant Sales Manager at Indian Seamless Metal Tubes Ltd. in December 1984 and held various positions at the National Dairy Development Board, including Sales Manager from November 1990 to July 1991 and Manager Sales and Supply Chain at Sugam Dairy from July 1987 to November 1990. Overall, Rajendra has extensive experience in strategic business development, management, and sales across multiple industries.

Rajendra P. Ghogale's education history includes a range of degrees and certificates obtained over the years. Rajendra P. started their educational journey at St. Xavier's High School in India for primary school education. Rajendra P. then attended Loyola High School & Junior College in Pune, where they completed their secondary school education in the science field.

Moving forward, Rajendra pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Economics and Political Science at Fergusson College from 1979 to 1982. In 1982, they pursued an M.B.A. degree with a specialization in International Business at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which they completed in 1985.

Rajendra further enhanced their knowledge by completing various diploma programs and certifications. In 1990, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced Quantitative Research Analysis from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Additionally, in 1992, they attained a Diploma in Export Management from the India Chapter of American Concrete Institute - RNRConf.

In 2001, Rajendra pursued a Certificate in International Business Trade from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Later, in 2008, they earned a Diploma in Strategy from Queen's University. Lastly, they are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at the Indian School of Business, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2024.
