Niklas Antoncic is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and architecture across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, automotive, and cloud services. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at AstraZeneca, Niklas leads a development team focused on integrating machine learning and AI into product solutions. Previous roles include instrumental contributions to Qmatic's transition to a cloud-based platform, supporting Volvo Cars in autonomous vehicle technologies, and acting as a domain architect at Volvo Group Telematics. Niklas has also pursued education in machine learning and has actively engaged in developing tools and frameworks to improve Java development methodologies at Volvo IT. With a Master's degree in Automation from Chalmers University of Technology, Niklas has built a robust skill set in software architecture, continuous delivery, and Agile practices.
