Tracy DeTomasi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tracy currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Callisto, where they lead and manages the team to develop and implement the company's products. Tracy also engages and manages external partners and serves as a local and national presence for communicating product and program results.

Prior to Callisto, Tracy was the Global Director of Training Programs & Social Impact at Good People Solutions, where they developed trauma-informed virtual reality training programs for the workplace. Tracy also created customized curriculum for training workshops to empower corporations in cultivating cooperative corporate cultures.

Tracy has also served as the Interim Executive Director at the NO MORE Campaign, directing global campaign expansion efforts and fostering coordination with corporate partners. Additionally, they have held the position of Vice President of Domestic Violence Services at YWCA of Nashville, where they managed a budget and oversaw various domestic violence services.

Other positions Tracy has held include Security Lead at Smart Bomb Interactive, Clinical Screener at La Rabida Children's Hospital, Program Manager at Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, Associate Director for Residential Programs at YouthCare Seattle, and Therapist/Case Manager at Alternative Behavioral Treatment Centers.

Throughout their career, Tracy has demonstrated expertise in areas such as trauma-informed practices, program development, advocacy, and training facilitation.

Tracy DeTomasi holds a Master's of Social Work (MSW) degree in Interpersonal Practice and Mental Health from the University of Michigan. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University. Tracy also has several certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education (obtained in May 2021), a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University (obtained in July 2019), and a SHRM Recertification Provider certification from SHRM (obtained in June 2021). Additionally, Tracy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Tennessee.
