Jason McKay

Jason Mckay is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management and customer insights. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at CallMiner since November 2016, Jason has also held roles as Product Manager and Product Analyst within the same organization. In addition, Jason leads as Chapter President at Heroic Inner Kids and previously worked as a Costume Designer at Shrakakoom Cosplay. Prior roles at Suddenlink Communications included various analytical and supervisory positions in customer insights, operations, and technical support. Jason's early career featured positions at Walmart, Telvista Inc., and Circuit City, enhancing skills in customer service and management. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Atlantic International University and additional studies at the University of Texas at Tyler and Tarrant County Community College.
