Olivia Hammond is an experienced project and program manager, currently serving as a Senior Implementation Project Manager at CallMiner since March 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing successful deployments within the Onboarding Project Management Office. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager at M5K, Limited, where management of agile software development projects was undertaken, along with full project lifecycle management and stakeholder reporting. As Co-Founder of Icy Clean, LLC from 2013 to 2016, Olivia transitioned from Vana Technologies, where the trajectory included promotion from Project Manager, recognized for project organization, to Content Editor & Technical Writer, contributing to technical documentation. Educational background includes studies at George Mason University and SUNY New Paltz.
