Mia Vasser

Mia Vasser currently serves as the Director of Culture and Engagement at CallRail, a position held since January 2017, where responsibilities include leading the design and development of organizational culture, talent development, and performance strategies, as well as orchestrating various internal company events to enhance team engagement. Prior to this role, Mia held multiple positions, including Culture, Diversity & Engagement Program Manager, Culture Manager, and Office Manager at CallRail, and worked as a Freelance TV/Events Producer from 2008 to 2022, overseeing production schedules and collaborating with producers and talent. Mia holds a BFA in Mass Communications and Spanish from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Certificate in Event Planning from Emory University.
