Melanie Ashley

Melanie Ashley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melanie is currently working as the Director of Employee Engagement & Communications at Baylor Genetics since April 2023. Previously, they were the Director of Employee Engagement at NJ TRANSIT from December 2019 to April 2023.

Before that, Melanie held various roles at iN DEMAND - Leading VOD and PPV Distributor from 2002 to 2019. Melanie started as an Associate Editor/Producer and progressed to become the Senior Director of Marketing/Promotion Production, managing a team of project managers and creatives.
